Ninie Wang is the Founder and CEO of Pinetree, the first company that provides a full range of life-style services including education, entertainment, travel, communication and insurance tailored to China's urban senior citizen population. Prior to Pinetree she successfully started and managed Motorla China's business solution services. Ninie is a Council Member of Gerontological Society of China (GSC), China National Committee on Ageing (CNCA), and chairs the Institute of Ageing-related Industries. She founded the INSEAD Entrepreneurship Club in China, and is a Board Member of Entrepreneur China Network (ECN). Ninie holds a B.A. of International Finance from University of International Business and Economics (UIBE), and a M.B.A. from INSEAD.

Philana Chen is Co-Founder and Director of Ethos, a China-based IT outsourcing service provider. Philana has six years experience in IT operations, spanning India, Japan and the US. She worked for Sapient, a US IT consultancy, where she managed cross-Pacific projects, and also at Infosys, India's premier outsourcing company, where she helped devise their China entry strategy. Her client list includes leading major financial and investment institutions, top Japanese auto manufacturers, and retailers with 1000+ outlets. In addition, she has worked with start-ups, including a major e-tailer and a VC firm. Philana holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University and a M.B.A. from INSEAD.
